Voice for a Cause

Station Stitcher President Marty Heinrich speaking at the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Meeting February 2026

Station Stitchers Featured in Loudoun County’s “Voice for a Cause”

Station Stitchers was honored to be featured at the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors meeting as part of their Voice for a Cause spotlight. Our Board President, Marty Heinrich, presented an overview of Station Stitchers, sharing the story of how the organization began and how it has grown into a dedicated community of volunteers creating quilts for those in need throughout Loudoun County.

Marty highlighted the many organizations we partner with and support through donated quilts, as well as the impact these handmade gifts have for recipients facing difficult circumstances.

We are grateful to Chair Phyllis Randall, who expressed her support for Station Stitchers and our ongoing work serving the community.

It was an honor to share our mission with the Board of Supervisors and to represent the many volunteers whose time, creativity, and generosity make this work possible.
